Claim Handling Address and Contact for Local Chairmen Appeals

Effective October 20, 2014, Labor Relations has re-designated the officer to whom trainmen and engineer claims should be directed. The mailing address for labor relations remains the same:

6737 Southpoint Drive South, Building II – J455

Jacksonville, FL  32216

In summary, claims and discipline appeals should be addressed to the following (within appropriate time limits):

  • C, T, Y & ET Discipline = Todd Norman - DISCIPLINE APPEAL(via US mail or use “LCAT” to file electronically)
  • C, T, Y & ET Claims = John W. Johnson - CLAIM APPEAL (via US mail or use “LCAT” to file electronically)
  • Engineer Discipline = Todd Norman - DISCIPLINE APPEAL (via US mail or use “LCAT” to file electronically)
  • Engineer Claims = John W. Johnson  - CLAIM APPEAL (via US mail or use “LCAT” to file electronically)


It is important to note that, even if you are using LCAT to progress your appeals, the appeal should be addressed to the proper officer as denoted above. The title and address for each of the above officers is on the attached "Where Do I Send My Appeals?" short sheet.

2014 Productivity Fund Share Value Released

The B&O Productivity Fund 6603 for crew consist protected employees retaining their fund is valued at $198.27 per share this year.  This amount represents an increase of $71.84 per share (+56.82%) over last year’s value of $126.43 per share. 

 

The CR Northern District Productivity Fund 7001 for crew consist protected employees is valued at $226.81 per share this year.  This amount represents an increase of $59.49 per share (+35.55%) over last year’s value of $167.32 per share. 

 

The CR Northern District Productivity Fund 7008 for crew consist protected employees is valued at $256.02 per share this year.  This amount represents an increase of $71.14 per share (+34.22%) over last year’s value of $184.88 per share. 

 

Checks will be dated and received this Friday, December 5, 2014, with employees who have direct deposit credited on that day also. The Cooperative Programs share payment should be paid Friday, December 12, 2014.
